Hi all,
Just set up a system using Dahua Nvr DHI-NVR2108HS-8P-I with 7 fixed IPC-HFW2831SP-S-S2 and a PTZ SD5A445XA-HNR
The 7 fixed cams are POE straight into the NVR, the PTZ is coming in via the network.
Using the PTZ camera login I set up two pre-sets, as I wanted the PTZ to default on idle to (preset 1) then I wanted a spotter cam to call the PTZ to (pre-set 2)
I programmed the spotter camera with an IVS rule via the NVR interface so that it could call the PTZ to (pre-set 2) and up to this point everything works exactly as it should, but it all goes wrong when I program the PTZ with a deep IVS tracking rule on (pre-set 2)
Once I do this and the PTZ gets called to (pre-set 2) tracks the object exactly as it should, but it then stays at that (pre-set 2) indefinitely and does not return to the idle (pre-set 1)
Am I missing something obvious here? How do I get the PTZ to return to (pre-set 1) once it has finished tracking? as the deep IVS rule seems to override the idle command
