Using old security camera for Webcam on website?

Foscam FI9900P is what I have. Anybody have an idea how I could get it to capture an image every minute or so and upload it to our website? Without super IT knowledge?

See page 51 to set up FTP, Page 56 to config the snapshot to be FTP'd.
