We finally have the installer once again behaving. Now rather than managing individual DLLs, the installer includes pre-packaged Microsoft Visual C++ runtime components. *My apologies to anyone who has been having issues installing over this past week. And by popular demand, the “run as” prompt no longer appears for Windows XP users!
