Video resolution in BI is different for 1 of 10 cameras

Anyone have some ideas?
One camera (DS-2CD2332-1) in my 10-camera setup seems to be putting out 2048x1536 instead of 1920x1080. In other words the picture covers a lot more area than it should. So I swapped it with a camera from another location that looked correct. Now this one is showing the same wide picture. Seems to narrow the glitch to BI and not a camera setting.

If I change that camera from 1920x1020 (it's normal setting) to 2048x1536 the box is then more narrow (actually now is square) than the other 9.

No matter what camera I move to this one location shows the wider view but is "normal" if moved back.

Got me stumped.

physically moving the camera has zero impact on blue iris..you have something setup incorrectly...could be a layout thing...what does blue iris report as the resolution?

Hi Fenderman -

If you're referring to the Image Format on the Camera Properties - Video tab - it has 1920x1080, same as the camera setup. AOI and Anamorphic are non checked.
