I have a DVR connected to a wireless router but with no internet and viewd via PSS on an old Windows 7 laptop. When the laptop died I tried installing PSS on a new windows 10 laptop but the windows did not display properly cutting bits off so I was not able to add the DVR so I gave up.
I am having another go at getting it going again and would be grateful for some help.

I have reset the router and obtained the IP from the DVR and installed Smart PSS on the laptop but am unable to add the DVR. I have tried the search and it comes up with nothing and adding manually by IP it just appears offline. I have tried putting the ip address of the DVR in the browser but get as below, where am I going wrong?

It is an old Qvis Apollo and Vigor2800vg router.

Do you use a Internet Explorer for viewing NVR directly? IT is a part if both windows. I think you have missing a some codec or so. If You ide a Smart PSS install it as Admin

No, I don't normally use Internet Explorer but as I cannot get Smart PSS to work I was giving it a try.
