Hi,
I just bought a VTO2000A because I want to have a SIP-Doorbell. Therefore I flashed the following Firmware:
General_VTOXXX_Eng_P_16M_SIP_V4.000.0000000.1.R.20180606
Now I booted and set up the VTO as following:
BASIC
- Configuration as "Small Apartment"
- Added the Extension for 3 Bells
Network Settings
- Unticked SIP Server
- Choosed ASterisk and typed in correct Credentials. Saved, Reboot.
Household Settings
- VTO is empty
- Room No is empty
- I cannot add VTO or Room Numbers.
Issues:
- VTO does not connect to Asterisk
- I cannot add or modify Rooms. When I press the button to add a room, nothing happens.
I only can add Rooms when I enable the built in SIP-Server.
I have tried to reflash and to recover to default options several types. What can I do? I know that there is a newer firmware, but that does not have the Asterisk Support, right?
