Wanscam hw0022 resolution problem.

Hello, i have a wanscam hw0022 that has max res. 1280*720
But when look trough chrome webui i can only get 640*480, but in explorer i get 1280*720.
But my problem is that i only get the low resolution when i connect from other programs like ipcamviewer on android, and surveillancestation on the synology nas.
Annons have a suggestion?

Unfortunately I once had to deal with one of these cams. The 720p video is not available by any standard streaming mechanism like rtsp. The way they did it is they have a URL you can request and their web server streams raw h264. But they send it without the http headers at the beginning of the stream so not even VLC media player will open it. Fortunately Blue Iris knows how to access this video if you use the wanscam camera type.

Thanks for your answer, but i have 3 other hw0022, and they work fine, very smooth picture when i look trough both phone and NAS, i Will try to Flash a new FW on the strange one.
