I can find the camera and add it OK. I can use PTZ arrows to move the camera OK. The only thing I can't do is set up PTZ presets?
I have tried all configurations in both VIDEO CONFIG and PTZ/Control pages with no luck.
Anyone got any ideas?

This is the proof that the camera has PTZ functions:

The presets are setup within the camera GUI not within BI. BI simply calls the presets already established in the camera.

True, but they should be set within the camera GUI for best reliability....and maybe this particular camera or its firmware version is conflicting with BI...you probably need to not use ONVIF as that is trying to pull the presets from the camera...I set all of mine up within the camera itself and have had zero problems pulling them into BI.
