WD purple: which rpm to get ?

Hey All,
i'm shopping for the hard drive. Apparently surveillance hard drives come in two speeds: 5640 and 7200 rpms ?
Which would be better? I'm thinking 7200 rpm would be preferred, at higher rpms, it would deliver the video quicker.

Your thoughts, please.

This will go internal in an optiplex 5050 i5-7th gen.

For video surveillance, 5400 drives are fine. They will also be much quieter than 7200 rpm drives if that is important to you.
