Web UI Issue

Trying to adjust 2 different Dahua cameras on same system...one 4K pana and one 59430HNI PTZ the problem is every time I use the UI in IE I have to go back and forth loading different ver of the plug in?? I hace both under compatability mode but makes no diff and its a PIA....any help is appreciated...tks

Im trying to adjust these offsite and smartPSS doesn't incorporate all the functions that the camera UI does plus I cant get the video feed to show up in SmartPSS either........
