Webserver unavailable - very flaky & losing patience

Hi All,

I cannot maintain a connection to the webserver, 9/10 times I get "Server is temporarily unavailable"

I have no idea why it works every now and again.

I am running release 4.5.6.0 on Windows 10

I have a port forwarding rule on my router

I have tried port 80, 81(default) and for laughs, 120, restarting and rebooting each time, none of them worked

I have tried disabling the firewall

I unchecked skype's idiotic use port 80 rule

Every time I run the BI remote access wizard and it prompts to "open a browser" to ensure it works, it doesn't, I get the lovely unavailable message.

I use android and ios, neither can connect.

Any ideas for diagnostic checks or possible solutions would be greatly welcome, remote desktop to my BI machine seems to defeat the point.

I did a full system restore which had an old version of BI 4.5.3.7

Same problem

Any ideas?

Other than a bad internet connection....if it were a configuration issue I wouldn't think it would work sometimes ?? Have you dbl checked your user credentials to make sure you don't have a time limit set for you ?
