What process is using so much of cpu

I built a vm with 8vcpu, and I gave 32gb of ram. I notices that the CPU is almost at 100 % for a little while while the GPU is at 2%, what process in blueiris is using so much CPU?

Disregard the part about hardware accelerated decoding, as that will not be applicable in your virtual machine.
