what setting to tone the white colour glare down

As you can see from the video. the white cockatiel seems to glare in colour more than the other coloured birds. what settings would it be best to change so the white doesn't shine so much. i did try the picture settings but it does seem to change all the colours any tips. apart from remove the white cockatiel.. also is they a way to have all the background in focus not just the food trays.

The depth of focus is controlled by the lens aperture, AKA F-stop. I doubt that you can adjust that. Every cam I have seen has a fixed aperture. With regular cameras, like a DSLR, the smaller the aperture (larger F-stop number) the more depth of field you get. The wider the lens opens, the shallower the depth of field is. Most security cams are in the F-stop range of 1..0-1.6 or so, which is a very shallow depth of field.
