What setup allows Dahua 7-35 Z5 zoom control in BI?

Can someone direct me to the Dahua 7-35 Z5 Blue Iris Setup. I ran a search here and could not locate the information. I wish I was a speed reader because there is so much info to read thru to find your needs.
Right now I have the camera setup as the following and the Zoom in BI is not working.

Using a Dedicated PC to run BI.

Enabled Pan/Tilt/Zoom
Network IP: Amcrest/Dahua

Options Checked
Enable PTZ UI
PTZ w/mouse Cursor
Suspend Motion Detection
