What to do when there is too much sunlight

What to do when there is too much sunlight during day time and nothing is visible in the camera footage?? Are cameras available which can over come this problem. We are monitoring a corridor 68m long and 2m wide. Some places there are openings and too much sunlight in daytime. In night time this problem is not there as artificial lighting is uniform. How to overcome this problem??

Most cameras have options to accommodate tough lighting. Look for exposure or backlight options.

Yes, as stated above generally WDR is the function used to balance out bright/dark areas as you describe.
