Where do I get new firmware file for my doorbell dahua VTO2111D-WP

Hi guys,

I try to find recent firmware for my VTO2111D-WP, but it's seems so difficult.
i couldn't contact my seller :(
Somebody could help me?

i already use this firmware, and it was not a good idea like you say.
it's working but its also an older firmware.
I try to get an newer firmware.

thats the latest firmware.. there is nothing newer.. its only 6mo old, thats not bad.. I have cameras that havent had new firmware releases in years.

I know, for this device there is often new firmware, not like ip cam
Before updating, i was in v1.2, now i am in V1.0.
Next time, i will thinking before acting

here a new fw: Index of /Firmware/VDP Products/VDP/VTO2111D-WP
i've tried to update by using a ConfigTool, it shows "Upgrade successfully, please reboot a device" , but the device still shows the old vesion, even after reboot und power off/on. I've tried with and without SD card, it did not help.
Is there is any other way to apply a new FW?

ok,i did it. the problem was in a Port, before an upgrade you should to enter a 3800 Port in the ConfigTool.

a good question, I did not found any release info. dahua does not provide an updates on their site.

after an update i did a short check and everything works without problems.

i upgraded with this new firmware. i have got a problem, only one half of video picture is displayed.
I return to oldest

Does anyone know where I can get older firmware versions? I updated my VTO6210 to v3.1 and I am having problems with not getting mic audio from the VTO to the indoor stations. Everything else is working fine. I'm looking to rollback but don't have the firmware. I have been through all the settings and I cant find any other reason. It works on a 1 to 1 with the master when there is only one indoor station connected so it isn't a hardware issue with the mic. Any ideas?

Finally resolved my firmware issue. Used the config tool and updated the indoor monitor firmware. Everything is working now. Don't update your firmware without a good reason!!
