why there is no new firmware for chinese camera

my DS-2CD2032F-I, eu usa they are have version 5.4.5. But I can't find chinese version of 5.4.5.

What do you want to do with your 2032F-I ?

I talked to hikvision in wechat, they got me the latest 5.4.5. yeah my gmail is working now.
