Had my hikvison ip cam, DS-2CD2035-I, now for a month or so.
I have set up the email and everything works fine, getting all the alerts.
But then this have happend to me twice, i notice that i didnt get any alert in my inbox.
Log in to the webinterface and all email settings was gone, AND even the fill-in box with the emails, AND the "test" button was gone.
Rebooted it and then it showed up again, but with one problem, in my mail adress one charater was added......like email@email.com\ adding the \ at the end.
Second time this happend, it wouldn´t just help with the reboot, i hade to hard reboot it. Then the right menus would show up, but then again with the adding of incorrect charater at the end.
Anyone have the same problem, or clue what this could be?
