Will My PC Build Work?

Setup: Run Blue Iris w/ 5-7 1080p cameras 30fps min.

I wanted to see if the main components from my old build would run Blue Iris w/5-7 1080 cameras.

Processor: i7 930 2.8 GHz (Overclocked to 4.2 GHz)
Ram: 16 GB DDR3
Video Card: GTX 470

That would work but consume more power than replacing the system..you dont need 30fps...15 is WAY more than enough
