Windows 10 Firewall Issue BI "Remote" Access

Im trying to access my Blue Iris server from another machine that is already on my local network. If I open the webpage for the BI server on my BI server it works fine. If I try and open it up from any other machine on my local network it doesn't work. If I disable the windows firewall on my Blue Iris server it works. I have Blue iris as an exception in windows firewall. It use to work just fine, but it recently stopped, I am not sure if it was after a windows update or not. It's specifically the "private network" part of the windows firewall that is blocking it. What do I need to change in the Windows 10 firewall settings?

I am running my OpenVPN server on the same machine that I am running Blue Iris on. I got this to work by changing the IP address of the BI server from my local IP 192.x.x.x to the OpenVPN TAP driver 10.X.X.X.
