Working settings for uploading to Wunderground

I've been struggling for 2 days trying to get images to upload to Wunderground. I have checked/double-checked all my BI settings and they seem correct but my webcam on my PWS site stil shows it as an inactive camera and no images are posting. BI status log shows images are uploading successfully. If anyone is currently posting successfully, I'd appreciate it if you could share your BI settings with me. I had a cam working several years ago but just recently got new one to use.

Keep in mind that Wunderground is very flakey. My webcam sometimes will update like it should, then not at all for 24hrs or so. Then reappear.
Let it run for a day or two and check it.
WU has seriously gone to pot ever since IBM bought them a couple of years back.
