The image shack image is too small to view and read, really. It comes up the size of post-it note.

Generally speaking, if you want to live stream something and you need to enter the source path; you'd either have to give it the stream output of the camera and its username and password, or that of the streaming output of a nvr/pcnvr(blueiris) with username and password.

Right. Either the web service pulling it directly via the ip & path from the camera or system. Or pushing it from the system into the web service. So, option 2 and it is going through Flash Media Live Encoding.

Then user/pw I would assume are your youtube username & password? Since you are publishing to your account? With your stream key, right?

Sorry if I don't have the direct answer. Just curious to see it work and trying to help you figure it out absent somebody with more experience chiming in.

For youtube i think that is no necessary user and password instead with ustream are required (tested personally)
I have just tried with another software (Open Broadcaster Software) and i have used only stream name(key) and server url and streaming work so i think
that the problem it's only for Blueiris perhaps inserting correct values in encoder option could be work?

if anyone more experienced could make some test with youtube streaming would be greatly appreciated

I think also that Blueiris missing "keyframe frequency" setting or i can't find it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Youtube require a keyframe frequency of 2 seconds or less
