Getting comfortable
Here is a fun side effect of having a good resolution sky cam (Empiretech Color-4KT 2.8 mm)
Was able to go back in recorded footage and find start & end of flight for a drone buzzing the neighborhood.
The one who complained to me about the drone was not able to track it after it did its final climb. The sky cam could.
Using map app, bearing, and apparent size of drone from video capture, the probably source of drone could be estimated.
With two sky cams, one could even do triangulation for more accurate range determination.
Tracking within this video was manually done in post processing, but it is a testament to how much info is packed into a 4K video frame.
