can someone help me unbind failed error

Firmware Version.V4.21.100 build 200526
anyone have firmware this model pls share or other way to fix pls help out

By looking at version it is OEM Hikvision, Could be K71 platform firmware.


But your problem is not within firmware,. Generally sadp tools unbind process came to an end. Now you need to open a case via HikPartner Pro
