I jumped from one of the V3 series firmwares to the 4.001.0000003.1, and my non Dahua Cams dont record audio any more. My NVR is a N52B2P The update jump did fix alot of other issues ive had building up over the years. So ill see if others are having a similar issue and just dont realize it.

Well I was having the same issue as other folks have had, even after doing a firmware update from Andy. I think I figured out a way to solve the issue temporarily. Currently im sure most of us are having this issue with LPR settings (shutter higher then 1/2000 for example) I set mine to 1/4000...
