I ended up going with Reolink (PoE) cameras for the back of the property. I will let you know when I end up installing this on the front, and how the tracking compares with a budget range like Reolink.

Well, you are the first and only person to respond to my thread. So, I did my own research. The NVR I linked to is the lite version, and will fail to take advantage of the advanced features of the TiOC 2.0 PTZ camera. So, I am looking at the PRO model instead.
