i update to this vison.they will be off line so many time a days.

its not nvr problem.try to download 3.48 or under vison.they will be working don't update after installed.

its too long time for off line .if still like this i need find old firmware reflash .

just update [NTSC]DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_EngSpnFrn_N_Stream3_V2.460.0000000.16.R.20170904 new SSA backlight option and and same setting but more brightness.and unstable when u change some setting will off line 30sec then comeback .still need try a few days. PAL 20170720 NTSC 20170904

I try it but still cant fix causing blur,i set up 20fps and 20 frame rate .so any way can be goog setting thanks.

But I try 3 time install and uninstall it`s working. this only working the first time. after that you want to change it setting. u need uninstall then install again .that will work.

I need try manual exposure fast shutter and get less motion blur.may be good .Thank you .

I try different setting on my new 5831 but the still cant saw the clean face anyone can shall or help me setting better. Thank you. first picture .setting:ir 26 brightness 50 contrast 48 nr 50. secone .setting :ir 30 brightness 48 contrast 60 nr 50.

i think your house not enough 4 camera . 8 its more better.u can try 2 ptz starline and 4 IPC-HDW5231R-Z or R-ZE and 2 IPC-HDW5231R-Z5 or z12. NVR5216-16P-4KS2.
