Thought I would add to this issue. Playback feature in the web service behaves the same way. Any thoughts? Web Service seems to offer more ability to access the admin NVR details than Smart PSS.

I used the weblink to access the web service login from Smart PSS. When I go to the IVS section to adjust a rule, the image feed never shows up. I just see the rotating circle. Any ideas?
