I recently purchased a NVR5208-8P-4KS2E & several IPC-T5442TM-AS Starlite+ cameras. I got everything up and running, including the email notifications. I have a few questions regarding the Motion Detect, IVS and image capture.
I am getting bombarded with motion detection alarms which I understand is normal. The cameras I purchased have AI capability as well as IVS. Here are my questions:
1. When I have MD turned on, why do some events come with a screen capture via email and others are just a plain email with the event trigger?
2. Does having Motion Detection turned on, void the IVS settings?
3. Does anyone have a cheat sheet for the parameters they find useful for MD, IVS and AI for these cameras? They are all mounted outside my home and I only want to be notified when humans or cars enter the driveway or walk around the home.
4. How do I setup push notifications to my phone (Android) when an alert is triggered?
