I guess I got carried away and involved the PTZ's in the concept :), I am also looking for a mini PTZ that can serve the case.

What annoys me when I see a test footage with few frame drops and lagging during zooming, panning or when motion encountered in the scene.

Hmmm, I just came across Tiandy, Why the (super starlight) have never been mentioned here before, a sales person who sells many brands including Hikvision and Dahua recommended (super starlight) over both (DarkFighter X) and (starlight +). Check it out Here
