Automatic milestone alarm matrix pop up

Dear all,

I am using milestone for my CCTV monitoring purpose. Recently I have integrated a PIDS system into the Milestone system and I am getting intrusion alarm events in the alarm manager. Whenever I go to alarm manager tab and click on event, it shows me the recorded cctv feed of the alarm event datetime.

I wish to configure it in such a way that there is to be automatic CCTV tiles/milestone matrix pop up of some specific area whenever I get a latest event in alarm manager. Kindly let me know how to automate the pop up on alarm events.

What version of XProtect are you running?. I'm pretty sure you need either Expert or Corporate. Search for the Product Comparison chart to compare functionality.

Well you're probably 80% there. You'll likely need to create an action based on a rule. Check the Milestone forums, I'm sure there is more documentation there.
