Business Class Workstations for NVR?

I've seen several people mention using "Business Class" workstations for 'smallish' NVR systems. I was just wondering if someone could give me an example from Dell or somewhere that would be considered a business class workstation capable of running 10-16 Hikvision DS-2CD2732F-I at 8-10 FPS with only motion capture event recording.

they both come with 3 year next business day warranties. Look for a haswell i7 not the older ivy bridge i7. Also you can get these systems at steep discounts if you go to the dell/hp outlet (look for coupons) or ebay. Keep in mind that the really small systems, the ultra slims only have room for one 2.5" laptop drive that will not be enough for you unless you use a network drive or external. The small form factors can generally house 2 drives, but check the specs carefully.
