So I was watching my BI one morning, playing with the PTZ and noticed a blurred area that was getting worse and worse.

On going outside and checking the SD59225U-HNI PTZ, I could see a circle of condensation on the inside of the lens.

Later, this dissipated.

But still, it was a bit of a shocker.

Anyone taken their PTZ apart to fix this type of issue ???

I would double check that there is no way water can get into the camera.
Check all the screws for snugness, and take the back cover off and look to see if there is any water in the bottom bowl of the cam.
If so, you need to cure the leak. If no water, you may need to replace the descendant packs that are inside.
I would bring the cam inside, and leave the back cover off of it for at least 24hrs. Replace the back cover while the cam is indoors.
