Hi everyone I have an IPC-4300SN IP camera for firmware when you log on to the camera via web it shows 2.210.WI00.0.R, build : 2014-01-15
Im having trouble updating the firmware to anything. I tried downloading this one from Dahua
DH_IPC-HX5(4)XXX-Adreia_Eng_N_Stream3_V2.420.0009.0.R.20151106.bin
When I try via IR loged on to the camera it self it said transmitting files please wait but it failed after 10 minutes complaining about connection lost or time out
When I try to upgrade from my Dahua NVR 4208P it tried but it failed again
When I try to upgrade from NVR using USB it says cannot open file and the screen freezes
When I try config tool the process goes to 50% then fails
Any idea whats going on? I would really appreciate some help here I dont know what else to try
