BACKGROUND:
There is another thread in this forum that I have lost so I am posting this as a new one.
My problem is the opposite to the the treat presivouly posted (Screen will not go to sleep)
I bought a Samsung 4K monitor model number LU32J590UQUXEN.
ISSUE:
My issue was the opposite, after 1.5hrs my screen would do to sleep and did not respond to "wake up" moving the mouse so I have to turn the monitor off and on again.
RESOLUTION:
I downloaded the manual called "BN46-00904A-Eng_for_india" and found out how to programme the monitor.
I initailly thought I could use the NVR to change to timeout for the display but I was unable to find it and I believe it does not exist in the firmware.
I then used the menu on the screen and activated the Eco Power setting which has fixed my problem
My monitor now remains truned on 23 HRS and then shuts down, as I have manually set the monitor to turn the power off after than time.
