Dahua Recommendation for 24/7 Live YouTube Stream.

We currently have a SD6AL830V-HNI for our live train stream and feel very spoiled, it’s awesome! Our current stream covers a very large area as seen in the attachment.

We are needing a 2nd cam to also run 24/7 outdoors but in a different setting. It will be approximately 30 feet from the train and therefore won’t need a powerful zoom or as long a distance for night vision. It will be in the elements, including snow.

Can I get some recommendations from experienced users?

Quite honestly most of the cameras you see in this forum would easily handle that task. Most people here are looking for really good low light performance. Not sure if that is at all important to you or if resolution is.

For lowlight, either of these would fit the bill. For higher resolution someone with more experience can chime in on that as I don't have personal experience with the higher MP Dahua's.

Varifocal (adjustable focus/zoom)
IPC-HDW5231R-ZE

Or fixed focal
(IPC-HDW4231EM-AS)

I agree with @jrf. For something that's running 24/7 and only 30 feet away, one of the Starlight turrets should work great!
