Demo user - major problem HELP!

I'm playing around with the demo version and in the camera setting window, changed the x,y, values to a size larger than that of the webcam on my PC. Well, that stopped the BI program and now I can't restart it, getting the message shown below. Not a great experience so far! I'm thinking I'll have to remove the program , then re-install unless there is some file that I can modify or delete. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I had already restarted the PC, but I also tried unplugging the cam - no good.

That did it, thanks much. I should have read the next paragraph in the help page while playing with the selections, would have avoided all this to begin with.
