Hi
Due to a power surge from the grid or internal equipment many cameras don't stream anymore but LED inside the cameras still blinking, IR also working and Poe/Link LED on the switches still blinking.
While investigating the cameras it's seems that it's a network problem, so we've tried to hard reset, leave it with no power for couples a days, remove cmos battery, (everything in the book). But nothing seems to work, the weird thing is that the same camera respond to ping with two IP in a loop cycle. when power plugged in the default IP (192.168.1.108) respond 4/5 times then the previous IP (192.168.1.277) start to respond to ping. After a while maybe 1/2 minutes the camera reboot and the the loop continue like that all day long.
Web page not available anymore but we were able to access TELNET but then password is not recognized.
If anyone had a similar behavior can advise on how to solve this problem.
Regards.
