Im after some assistance on an issue where DMSS has very recently stopped displaying the details on the notification such as channel and date/time etc.
I have attached a screenshot where you can see that the Tripwire notification works fine but both TiOCs lack any other information for other alarm triggers such as intrusion as seen.
I have checked the basics, re booted NVR and checked that any settings haven’t changed and both the app and IP camera settings are correct.
Any advise would be much appreciated!
