DS-2CD2145F-I V5.4.0 160401 English Firmware

I have this camera that was for the life of me upgraded to chinese by accident. How can I get it back to english. Is there a way to downgrade it back? Does anyone have the english V5.4.0 firmware. Please help. I do greatly appreciate it.

Same problem here. Now the NVR is on 5.4.0
Is there any way to ML or EN?
