Hi all

I'm getting this error message and get seems to get it resolved.

I have done the following in no particular order.

1. Reformat my PC (thinking I must have install BI incorrectly)
2. Install BI and roll back to older version
3. Factory reset 4x back to back, flash firmware then factory reset another 4x
4. Remove and readd the camera multiple times In bi (check camera digital input or motion alarm/use onvif specific user account/check get onvif trigger events/change buffer size to 40/ change fps to 15

I'm lost, please help

Login to the camera itself using Internet Explorer preferably. Click on Settings, Network, Access Platform, then ONVIF then Authentication can be turned off there, Then Save.
