You haven't said what you have tried.
Do you know the camera IP address (router will show)?
Do you know the camera web GUI port (user manual will show)?
Have you used the Win7 browser IE11 with http://<camera IP>:cameraport

*Edit* Does this help: http://foscam.us/forum/latest-firmware-for-vnt6656g6a40-possibly-fi8919w-clone-t8949.html
Thanks.
To your questions:
You haven't said what you have tried.
I have connected the camera with LAN to notebook. No connection.
Do you know the camera IP address (router will show)? I have the MAC number and the IP adress from th router.
However I don´t get any connection via my browser.
Do you know the camera web GUI port (user manual will show)? I don´t know, sorry. There was no manual available by Foscam with the camera.
Have you used the Win7 browser IE11 with http://<camera IP>:cameraport . No I haven´t.

Today I am not able to connect to the camera as I am on business trip.
I can manage it for the week end.
Looking forward to getting more news to solve the problem.

Another thing to try - on the basis that there is some ONVIF compatibility:
With the camera and notebook all plugged in to the LAN, at a command prompt use 'ping' to confirm a response from the IP address you have for the camera.
Install the very good Windows open-source tool 'ONVIF Device Manager' from sourceforge.net
This will query your camera, and should show lots of useful detail, eg

Actual ID, assuming it's not a real Foscam, on the Identification' page.
Live Video.
Camera web page including the admin URL and the web GUI port.
RTSP URL, at the bottom of the Live Video page.
ONVIF port, in the URI at the bottom of the Identification page.

All of which should be useful in figuring out what the problem is.
