Foscam FI9826P how to setup on Blue Iris software

Welcome to the forum! Do you have it hooked up to your network? Do you know the ip address?

yes, it working and can see on my phone, But this is the plug and play, and no IP address need to be forwarding,
So, i am not sure what to put in the software page for the camera setup...

Suggest trying an LAN IP Scanner (there are free ones) on your mobile device. That'll look at everything that is hooked up to the network and will list the IP address and name of the device. Then you can tap into the foscam via that IP address using a browser to change it to a static LAN IP. Then copy that into BlueIris.

Otherwise the home router may have an active connections page, that you can glean which IP the foscam has.

Just to clarify, you want to run blue iris locally at the location where the camera is installed right?
Do what icerrabbit says, because blue iris needs to know the ip address of the camera (not the external ip of the location) but the local ip address on the network. This will often look like 192.168.1.45 or something like that.
