i have tried to backup my cctv footage (around 300 gbish)to an external hdd inside a folder but after backup there is no file inside it and the hdd space has been consumed,and it seems like windows cant detect or know which file took up my space (because it doesnt support?). I tried the second backup and it worked the files were there but for the first one i cant even delete since windows doesnt display any files which will be having 300+gb. The only solution right now is formating but is there anyone who knows where i can find those invisible files so that i can delete without having to format my hdd of 2tb which already has some other files and i currently dont have other hdd of that size.
