Hi everyone, I'm new here and I thank you for welcoming me.
Please could someone help with an issue that I have discovered using the hik connect app and notifications to my android phone.
I have recently had a professional installation of hikvision outdoor cameras and the ax pro alarm system and doorbell.
Everything is working great and I am receiving notifications to my android phone with motion and intrusion detection as it should. However, notifications stop alerting me on my phone after '49' notifications. 3 days had passed before I actually noticed I was no longer receiving the alerts to my phone and also the pop-up doorbell notification wasn't working. The only fix at the moment is to clear the 49 alerts, resetting this and the notification alerts start again as they should.
The drawback with this is that the elusive '49' alerts racks up in next to no time.
I am thinking that this is more of an android issue rather than with the hik connect app ?
