hikvision camera problem

Hi,

I bought DS-2CD2142FWD-I(WR Region,fm version v5.3.3) from Ali Express and worked fine for 1 month.
But now the Camera fw changed to V4.0.8 automatically and Can't login it.

That's the indication that the camera is in the 'min-system recovery mode' basic system that's entered when incompatible firmware has been applied (eg EN/ML firmware on a CN camera) or when other problems cause it to abort from a normal bootup. In other words, it's bricked, but may be recoverable.
If the camera is accessible from the internet - eg if you enabled 'port forwarding' or if UPnP is enabled on your router and in the camera, it could have been messed with by anything or anyone on the internet.

Recovery, if it was bought as 'English / upgradeable' could be done by using the Hikvision tftp updater to re-apply compatible firmware.

Sorry my mistake, the DS-2CD2142FWD-I firmware is v5.5.3 and it's full english version,not chinese camera.
Does Hikvision tftp updater work with v5.5.3 firmware?

Probably - easy enough to try. Best to have the camera and the PC wired to the switch / router, and power via 12v not the POE connection.
