Hikvision NVR updated Firmware and broke two NVR's

Hi
I hav tried to upgrade firmware in two different NVR's from Hikvision
Both are gone If you can help me out what to do !
one gives the sound tee tee again restart continuously
the second one turn on but black screen neither I can see on SADP nor I hav display
If you guys do have any salution for my problem please let me know

Learn restore option through tftp server utility. It should help you.

Tftp server utility what it is ? Never head about it
