Bell Output is 700mA on the NEO 2023 , and 2 30 Watt siren are around 350mA to 1100ma each. Do I need to add an Extra Power Supply?
How do I add 2 30watt Siren's to a DSC Panel?

Use a relay and power the relay's coil from the 'bell output' connection.
Then wire a second power supply with the relay switched contacts and the sirens.
I suggest a relay with opto-isolation and a back emf diode already soldered.
