1) What is make and model of one of the cams you're wanting add?
2) Have you tried the "Custom Add" box?

If you can use ODM to determine the RTSP URL of the camera then maybe you can insert that URL somewhere in "Custom Add."

A cam on the NVR's POE port will have a subnet of 192.168.254.XXX; cams on the same subnet as the NVR's LAN appear to be on 192.168.1.XXX .
  1. Are the cams on 192.168.1.XXX powered with 12VDC adapters or their own POE switch?
  2. How many POE ports are there on the NVR?
  3. How many cameras do you have total?

1. an ONVIF cam on my local 192.168.1.x are powered with 12v dc. when i added it into Annke NVR, it works fine for 1 second n freezes. if i maximize to view full screen, it goes blank.
2. total 8 ports
3. i have 3 eufy cams with rtsp. i can see them fine on vlc, but nothing into this nvr. my Amcrest nvr can see them fine and works.
i temporarily changed the eufy rtsp password so that it wont work with amcrest just so it will work with only this Annke but no such luck :(

How many cameras total are you trying to add to the Annke? It cannot accept more than 8 total either on POE or on 12vdc adapter and LAN subnet.
Is the Amcrest NVR a POE NVR?

I guess until those indicated NVR POE cams are deleted, it thinks it's maxed out. :idk:
