Hello,
I have a problem on my network for a new VTO 2202F-P-S2 - firmware V4.600 . 0000000.0.R
I don't understand where the problem is ? By default I initialize and keep the original address 192.168.1.108. My router sees it with the address 192.168.108.
In the "Web service 2.0" , In the menu "Network" , "TCP/IP" , "ip adress" , "Subnet mask" and "gateway " are correct.
But In the configuration of VTO menu section "Houseold Setting" "VTO management" . I read "VTO N°" "8001" and "IP adress" " 127.0.0.1" - And not 192.168.1.108 . I change a new ip confuration with Configtool and no change.I always keep this address "127.0.0.1" . I A reset has no effect
In menu "mofify" it is impossiible to mofify .I have a message with "The VTO number is employing now. Can't operate it" "
With this error, I am unable to communicate with my VTH.
I have an old VTO 2202, and i have no problem.
Do you have a solution? Where is my error ?
